DAY 20 - STIR UP THE GIFTS

As we have learned in MATTHEW 7:11, God gives good gifts to His children. We know that there are many gifts that all come from the Holy Spirit. Many gifts, one Spirit. 

These gifts are given to us because God LOVES His children. Ephesians ch 1 tells us that we are His treasured possession... a part of His glorious inheritance. We must understand the LOVE of God before we can operate in the fullness He has for us.

Jesus accomplished what no human could ever accomplish. Through His life, death, burial, and resurrection, the veil was torn, allowing us to be reconciled back to Him. When we repent and give our lives to Christ, we become a new creation. We are washed in His blood, and his blood washing us CLEAN!

I pray that we all come to the place of understanding His great love and through this, HE will stir up the gifts inside of us. The same power that rose Jesus from the dead is now living in you!

PRAYER/SCRIPTURE FOCUS: Today I would like us to pray scripture.

Below is EPHESIANS 3:14-21:

"For this reason, I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches, he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord's holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge--that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."
